BoAt AAVANTE Bar 1700D 120W Review
The Boat Aavante Bar 1700D 120W Review is a soundbar with a rather innovative shape. The soundbar is made of plastic with a metal grill with a groove, giving it the mentioned quirky look. The subwoofer, like the soundbar, has an unusual front look, but unlike the soundbar, it is built of MDF. It also has a 6.5-inch driver, whilst the soundbar has four 2.25-inch drivers that perform the midrange and treble tasks, etc.
The wired subwoofer is a side-firing model with a bass reflex port in the back to extend and enhance the LFE output. As a result of its ability to be wall-mounted, the soundbar is quite light in weight. Optical, HDMI ARC, Aux, USB, and Bluetooth connectivity are all offered as input choices. The only difference between the Boat Aavante Bar 1500 and the 1700D version is the presence of Dolby Digital Plus.

Performance Aspect
It brings us great pleasure to say that this soundbar’s sound quality is excellent. We’d even go so far as to claim it punches above its weight. To begin with, the treble range and highs are very sparkly, clear, and full of life, they have a very revealing texture and focused treble.
Thanks to 4 drivers in the soundbar the midrange are extravagant too, vocals are dynamic and loud albeit with a slight nasal tonality. Finally, the bass is appropriate and completes the audio balance with plenty of punch and rumble, with one caveat: bass tends to sound bloated at higher volumes.
Overall, this soundbar system is a high-performance system that works well in most situations and will satisfy you unless you want more accurate audio, in which case we would say go for it.
